Transcripts

Transcripts must be requested in writing by the student or alumnus (the form can be found at lynn.edu/transcripts or requested electronically (by logging on and going to myLynn/academics/student). Official Transcripts, which bear the signature of the registrar and the Official University Seal are typically processed within one (electronic version) to three (paper version) working days after receipt of the request. Official transcripts sent to other post-secondary institutions may include a supplemental document regarding active disciplinary sanctions. During busy times in the office, requests may take up to two weeks to be processed. Lengthier processing periods typically occur at the beginning and end of a semester. For students with a status of “suspended” the transcript will be sent with a letter indicating the suspension, until the conditions of the suspension has been satisfied.

Please note: Transcripts cannot be faxed.
