Multiple Degrees

Requirements for students who would like to complete multiple undergraduate and graduate degrees multiple:

  • Both degrees must be from the same division (undergraduate/ graduate) pursued at the same time
  • Apply through admissions for the second degree if necessary.
  • The registrar’s office must be notified.
  • The chair or dean of the respective college must approve the pursuit of both degrees.
  • The student must complete a minimum of 75% of unique credits in the second degree in order to be conferred for the second degree.
  • Students who will earn only one degree i.e. if both majors/specializations are an MBA/BS degree only the higher degree and diploma will be issued. The student transcript will however list both specializations/major. A student who earned two separate degrees i.e. an MBA/BS and an MS/BA will receive two separate diplomas.
