Chussler and Dubruiel present at Digital Book World conference

Jordan Chussler, academic editor and Dawn Dubruiel, instructional designer for the Eugene M. and Christine E. Lynn Library, presented at the Digital Book World conference at the Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee, Oct. 2–4.

Their presentation, one of several education breakout sessions, focused on the use of technology to lower student textbook costs, showcasing the Lynn University Digital Press model and highlighting the university's trial of Cengage eBooks for graduate programs. During and after, they fielded numerous questions from various university representatives aiming to replicate the Lynn model.

The conference gathers large and small publishers, traditional and nontraditional, and the technology companies which serve them.
