Yance Zheng, class of 2024, was declared first prize winner of the Artist Series Concerts of Sarasota competition for pianists.
Zheng received a $2,000 cash award and will perform in Sarasota in November. He is a senior this year in the Bachelor of Music piano performance program in the studio of Roberta Rust.
Lynn pianist Aidan Quintana leads production at Delray Beach Playhouse
Lynn University Conservatory of Music pianist Aidan Quintana was engaged as the musical director for Sondheim's "Merrily We Roll Along" production at the Delray Beach Playhouse. The pianist led a dozen performances of the musical from March 22 to April 7.
Quintana is a freshman piano major in the bachelor of music program and is a member of the studio of Roberta Rust.
