Director of employees honored

Aaron Greenberg

Aaron Greenberg, Lynn University’s director of employee services, received the Excellence in Human Resource Award from South Florida Business & Wealth (SFBW) magazine, March 9, at the Weston Hills Country Club.

According to the publication, the Excellence in Human Resource Awards “…honor the region’s outstanding HR professionals who work diligently to build and nurture the talent within their organizations. Candidates were judged on their professional and community achievements, as well as demonstrated success in leadership roles.”

Greenberg, who joined Lynn a year ago, oversees Lynn’s human resource and payroll activities, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and tax and regulatory filings.

In 2016, Lynn University earned recognition as one of the nation’s Great Colleges to Work For in a survey by The Chronicle of Higher Education, with honors in four categories: Compensation and Benefits, Respect and Appreciation, Supervisor/Department Chair Relationship, and Work/Life Balance. The Great Colleges to Work For program is one of the largest and most respected workplace recognitions in the United States, according to The Chronicle.

Lynn has several positions open in academics, student life, IT and other areas.
