Mission Statement

The College of Business and Management's mission is to provide an environment of collaborative learning among students, faculty, staff and the greater community for the purpose of creating personal and professional success for all stakeholders. The college and its associated Burton D. Morgan School of Aeronautics focus on offering quality career specializations at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

College of Business and Management

The College of Business and Management integrates liberal arts with business subjects to encourage students to become purposeful and engaged citizens in a rapidly changing and increasingly complex world. Project and team assignments within the curriculum provide opportunities for students to "start a business" with faculty guidance. Several business-related student organizations seek to foster and maximize each student's individual development and potential.

The programs in the college are flexible, with an interdisciplinary curriculum that is customized to the interests, aptitudes and career goals of each student. Additionally, the college's internship program provides opportunities for hands-on experience in the student's field of interest.

FacebookThe university's student population comes from more than 80 nations, which gives students in the business program a unique opportunity to discuss international as well as domestic issues in the industry. Academic programs abroad allow students to visit companies in different countries with faculty guidance, and the college's international flavor and focus gives students the ability to better understand global commerce and the world within which they interact.
