This course will enable students to create quantitative models using spreadsheet application, as supporting tools for decision-making. The course will follow the case study method, exposing students to business situations typically encountered by business managers. Students will learn how to select the applicable tool to address the situation described in every case, create the corresponding quantitative model. write objective recommendations derived from the analysis, and present these in a simulated boardroom meeting environment.
Covers the management of employee benefits, incentives, pay and compensation systems, insurance and occupational safety, law and regulations on employee benefits, retirement benefits, and alternative methods of employee reward systems.
An analysis and comparison of the various techniques that aid in the decision-making process. Major themes stressed include shareholder wealth maximization, cash flow management, the international aspects of financial management and the standards of ethical behavior adopted by managers.

Master’s in psychology, criminal justice, educational leadership, exceptional student education, public administration and clinical mental health counseling are $650 per credit in 2023–2024.
