- Welcomed our largest class ever in Fall 2021 with an estimated 1,246 new students and 2,127 returning students for a total enrollment of 3,373.
- Virtual services
- Celebrated the classes of 2020 and 2021 with a personalized virtual commencement.
- Developed a new resource hub for incoming students.
- Hosted 767 new incoming students during virtual Lynn Launch sessions designed to preview the campus experience with educational sessions and social connections.
- Student support
- Launched a financial literacy program to help graduating seniors make effective and informed money management decisions.
- Launched a co-curricular transcript platform for students to demonstrate the skills they gain from participating in educational experiences outside of the classroom, such as leadership in student organizations or community service hours.
- Increased summer participation in CliftonStrengths assessments, which help students identify their natural talents. This year, 57% of new students completed their assessments prior to arriving on campus for Welcome Weekend (compared to 37% last year).

- Began construction of a new residence hall set to open Fall 2022.

- Reimagined the 2021–22 academic calendar and continued block scheduling to provide students with options that fit their learning styles and personal circumstances.

- Delivered and expanded the Resilience Toolkit to help first-year students and sophomores cope with stressful situations and adapt positively to change.
- Resources for faculty and staff
- Implemented new Workday features including self-service analytics for the finance and employee services teams.

- Appointed new leadership for the Eugene M. and Christine E. Lynn College of Communication and Design and the Burton D. Morgan College of Aeronautics.

- Received funding from the Holloway Family Foundation for an outdoor fitness area for the future Snyder Center for Health and Wellness.

- Introduced a new M.S. in biological sciences with two specializations: a one-year curriculum focused on health science and a two-year, research-intensive bioscience track.

- Partnered with Kaplan to expand online programs and reach more adult learners.
- Collaborated with the Kannico Agency and Scholar Career Coaching to provide students with real-world experience on social impact projects.
