A pathway for student success

Lynn's mission is to provide an innovative, global and personalized education that enables students to realize their potential. One of the ways we do that is by helping build resilience. Lynn's Resilience Toolkit helps students adapt positively to new experiences or challenges in the college setting.

What is resilience?

Resilience gives people the strength to cope with stress and hardship. It's a significant component of identity that can be positively reinforced through the development of essential resilience-building skills.

We teach students resilience because it will help them cope with many stressful situations in and out of the classroom.

Resilience at Lynn

Resilience is part of our culture. As we continually innovate, adapt and evolve as an institution, we want our students to do the same. We believe that when students have the tools to get through tough times, they are bound to grow from their experiences.

Our Resilience Toolkit helps our students establish a growth mindset through discovering new skills and coping strategies and applying behaviors like adaptability. We deliver the toolkit through the academic and social sides of our student experience:

Students work on their laptops in the classroom
