Lynn University named Lauren Campbell as March's Employee of the Month for her agile, dedicated, inclusive and student-centric attitude as campus visit coordinator - events and communication in Admission.
Campbell has been at Lynn for two and a half years. Her responsibilities include planning and coordinating logistics for Preview Lynn Days, Admitted Student Experiences, educator events and virtual sessions for Admission. She helps with organizing catering, AV, room reservations and setup, printed materials, and faculty/speakers for each event.
When asked what winning Employee of the Month means to her, she noted, "This is a team win. I feel more connected to the Lynn community and it's a reminder that it takes multiple people to produce successful events and programs!"
Campbell's favorite part about working at Lynn is the people. "The Admission leadership team empowers the staff to shape the scope of events and challenges us to think outside of the box." Campbell also enjoys working with faculty members and celebrating moments big and small for the university.
Fun fact: Campbell is a huge ice hockey fan.
