Lynn University named Karen Reed as December's Employee of the Month for her agile, dedicated, inclusive and student-centric approach as associate director of financial aid retention in Financial Aid.
Reed has been working at Lynn for over 18 years, counseling students and parents about financial matters. Additionally, Reed supports students at risk of leaving Lynn by providing them with information and options to empower them to make an informed decision.
When asked what winning Employee of the Month means to her, she noted, "I'm honored. This recognition showcases the dedication of our team that works every day to serve our students."
Reed's favorite part about working at Lynn is supporting the students and watching them learn, grow and graduate.
