Debra Ainbinder, Patrick Cooper and Melissa Lehman, professors in the College of Arts and Sciences, presented "Finding Your OASES: Strategies for Developing a Resilient Identity" at the Academic Resilience Consortium's 2024 Reach for Resilience conference in Winston Salem, NC.
Their presentation described Lynn's OASES model of resilience, which focuses on optimism, adaptability, self-efficacy, emotional regulation and self-leadership, along with the success of Lynn's resilience programming for students.
