College of Education students visit Boca school for Autism.

Jennifer Lesh, associate professor in the College of Education, took students enrolled in her exceptional student education (ESE) class to the Boca School for Autism (BSA). Principal Weinberg took the group on a tour and explained the specialized curriculum, applied behavior analysis, developmental individual differences and relationship-based models.

Students in Lesh's class also met two Lynn alumni who work at BSA and are current Lynn ESE master's students, Zack Plotnick '23 and Jordan Whittall '23. Plotnick and Whittall shared the different types of technology they use in the classroom and how they use generative AI to assist in lesson planning.
