Lynn University named Tammy Swett as April's Employee of the Month for her dedication as assistant director of procurement in Finance.
Swett has worked at Lynn for almost 22 years. She spends her days sourcing quality goods and services at the best possible price and overall value for the university. In addition, she manages surplus sales, university-issued cellular devices and the preferred hotel partnership program, which provides discounts for the Lynn community.
When asked what winning Employee of the Month means to her, she said, "I feel very honored to be recognized."
Swett's favorite part about working at Lynn is the sense of community.
Fun fact: Swett loves to play Texas Hold'em during game nights with her family.
