Mary Dwyer, assistant director, Morgan O'Sullivan, director of communications and operations, and Jana Werksman, specialist, in Student Financial Services presented at the National Association of College and University Business Officers Student Financial Services Conference in Philadelphia.
Dwyer and Werksman presented "Communicating with Students and Families," which examined how a financial office in a one-stop-shop environment communicates with its students and families. The presentation outlined the work of Lynn's Student Financial Services team on a national level.
Morgan O'Sullivan served as conference committee member and presented on the world of financial literacy in the post-pandemic period titled "Student Financial Literacy: Building it Back."
O'Sullivan also facilitated a roundtable session regarding the challenges faced at a student accounts office, such as developing a sense of team and the remote/hybrid work environment.
