Lynn University named Antonella Regueiro as November's Employee of the Month for her dedicated, inclusive and student-centric attitude as the director of the Social Impact Lab and associate professor in the College of Arts and Sciences.
Regueiro has been working at Lynn for 10 years. She spends her days working on various projects, including running a variety of programs for the university.
When asked what winning Employee of the Month means to her, she noted, "It is an honor to win, particularly on a month that has been so busy for my department. It makes me feel seen by my colleagues and by the institution!"
Regueiro's favorite part about working at Lynn is the people surrounding her. "Over the years I've met some amazing people who turned into friends and eventually turned into family," said Regueiro.
Fun fact: Regueiro does a lot of stitching and wants to learn how to crochet.
