Lynn University named Robby Cadilhe as June's Employee of the Month for his agile skills as project manager in Academic Affairs.
Cadilhe has worked at Lynn for almost 10 years, overseeing a variety of projects in his department.
When asked what winning Employee of the Month means to him, he noted "It is an honor to be recognized by fellow colleagues as many others are deserving of this award."
Cadilhe's favorite part about working at Lynn is being able to play a small part in the "evolution of Lynn."
Fun fact: Cadilhe has developed an affinity for pickleball.
