The campus visit experience team attended the 2023 annual Collegiate Information and Visitor Services Association (CIVSA) conference in St. Louis, Missouri.
Samantha Giordano, senior campus visit specialist, presented "Developing your 3 E's: Engage, Elevate and Expand your student ambassador program." Giordano spoke about how we hire, train, recognize and mentor student workers.
The conference serves as the industry standard for higher education professionals in the field of information and visitor services.
