Campus visit experience team and College of Education collaborate on group visit

Students visiting Lynn from various schools pose together in front of the Lynn letters.

Lynn University's campus visit experience team hosted 225 students on campus as part of the inaugural Elementary Week group program.

Students who attended the event received a welcome from admission counselors, participated in a scavenger hunt tour of campus, interacted with faculty and students from the Donald E. and Helen L. Ross College of Education and had lunch in Mary’s Kitchen. The experience was a unique opportunity for visiting schools to learn about the college experience and for Lynn students, who created hands-on learning opportunities for local elementary students.

Participating schools:

  • Galaxy E3 Elementary School
  • Seminole Trails Elementary School
  • Limestone Creek Elementary School

The event was made possible by Kathleen Weigel, Kelly Burlison, Brittany Kiser, Joseph Melita, Catherine Lewis, Joy Ruhl and student admission ambassadors.
