Open enrollment begins Nov. 6

Open enrollment for full-time employees runs Nov. 6–17. This is the only time of year when employees can make changes to most of their benefits, unless they experience a qualifying life event. Elections made during open enrollment take effect Jan. 1, 2024.

Take a moment to review Lynn University's benefits. Then, log into Workday to review, change, add or drop your current benefits. Use the detailed instruction guide for help.

If you are happy with your current elections, no action is needed with the exception of a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Dependent Care Account (DCA). Employee contributions to an FSA or DCA do not automatically roll over, you must choose your elections during open enrollment. The maximum pre-tax contribution for Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) increased for 2024.

New in 2024, LegalShield will be Lynn's legal plan and ID protection provider. The LegalShield mobile app allows members to call a law firm directly and makes it easy to upload documents for fast legal review.

Employee Services also invites employees to the annual Benefit and Wellness Fair in Elaine's on Nov. 6 to learn more about benefits and enjoy complementary wellness services.
