Lynn University welcomed its 2023–24 academic year with strong enrollment as it strategically continues to expand and design its future. To instill a foundation of success and support the university's 30% student growth over the past seven years, the university introduced the 20,000-square-foot Snyder Center for Health and Wellness at the heart of campus, added new classrooms in the Eugene M. and Christine E. Lynn Residence Center, expanded its fleet for aviation students and announced plans for more on-campus housing.

"Lynn is a top choice for college-bound students because we blend innovative learning with a global campus experience to prepare students for a changing world," said President Kevin M. Ross.

Lynn starts the 2023–24 academic year with 925 new undergraduate and online undergraduate students and 252 new graduate students. The university expects a total enrollment of nearly 3,500 students representing 101 countries and 46 U.S. states and territories. The top five undergraduate majors include international business management, entrepreneurship, professional pilot, psychology and sports management, and the average high school GPA is 3.3 for first-year students.

The Burton D. Morgan College of Aeronautics reported record enrollment in the university's flight program, welcoming the largest first-year class in the history of the college. To meet growing demand, Lynn expanded its fleet with three new planes.

This academic year, the university is also offering even more avenues for campus engagement. The Snyder Center for Health and Wellness will serve as a new home for student well-being, providing state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor fitness spaces. Beyond fitness and recreation, the Student Health team will provide students who visit the Snyder Center with first aid, counseling services, general checkups, vaccinations, over-the-counter medications, and specialist and health care referrals.

Lynn added four new classrooms to the Eugene M. and Christine E. Lynn Residence Center to serve undergraduate classes in business, science and the Dialogues core curriculum. Each classroom accommodates approximately 30 students, and two are expandable for larger groups. Undergraduate courses in criminology, human resource management, global marketing, civic engagement, physiology and more take place in the new spaces.

The university also announced plans to expand on-campus housing, adding approximately 550 student beds. Lynn entered into a public-private collaboration agreement with developer The Michaels Organization to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a new multi-phased residence hall project expected to open in Fall 2025 and Fall 2027. The new housing will bring to life a close-knit neighborhood on the south side of campus. It will offer fully furnished apartment-style and suite-style units for sophomores, juniors and seniors with private bedrooms, on-site classrooms and in-building laundry facilities.
