Having a tough week and need to unwind? Anyone interested in studying the mind, body, and spirit is welcome to participate in the yoga experience.

All levels of students are welcome, and the main focus is on hatha (physical) yoga. We also study meditation as a way to learn to unwind their body and mind from the stresses of everyday life.
