The African Student Union club is meant to bring people together through the shared cultural background of Africa. It's a place where African Americans can tap into their roots.
This club is intended to be an outlet where people from different backgrounds can come together. It is also intended for students who have had very big misconceptions of Africa to be exposed to our culture, and have those stereotypes/misconceptions answered.
