At Lynn University, aeronautic students receive the necessary skills to become successful pilots. In an effort to expand the pipeline of qualified pilots, Republic Airways and Lynn's Career Pipeline Interview Program gives student pilots the skills necessary to fast-track their way to the flight deck.

Eligible student pilots can apply for select pilot positions with Republic Airways after completing 1,250 flight hours and additional training—saving approximately six months on their journey to employment in the aviation industry.

Our partnership will serve as a resource for Republic Airways to vet qualified candidates while providing our students a clear plan to becoming an airline pilot.

How the program works

  1. Eligible students will complete 1250 hours of training at Lynn's College of Aeronautics.
  2. Student pilots will then complete their remaining training and flight hours with Republic Airways.
  3. After graduation, student pilots will receive preferential interviews from Republic Airways.
