Rachel Pauletti explains she felt "great pride" in winning the Award for Excellence in Teaching and Dedication to Students at Lynn University's 2023 Commencement ceremony. "I know there are strong applicants for the award. All of our faculty demonstrate this excellence, so being singled out for this was very meaningful to me."
Pauletti's teaching philosophy encourages learning by introducing students to the material's real-world applications. She uses various resources, including media, to demonstrate how important psychological concepts can be utilized to explain human behavior in consumer decision-making, politics, education, parenting and professional environments.
Pauletti plays a part in many positive programs across campus:
- Director of the accelerated degree program
- Program coordinator for graduate psychology
- Mentored students during the Citizenship Project in 2022 and 2023
