In March, Lynn University hosted its annual Academic and Creative Excellence (ACE) Reception at the Keith C. and Elaine Johnson Wold Performing Arts Center. The reception recognized faculty and staff who have presented at conferences and published books, articles, musical recordings and artwork.

Roberta Rust, a piano professor at the Lynn University Conservatory of Music, was honored for her sound recording of A City of Silver & a City of Fire. She was also featured on the Mozart Matures: 1780s Piano Works album.

Distinguished Professor of American History Robert Watson was acknowledged for his various webinars, lectures and conference presentations. Watson also contributed to the TV series Forgotten Frontlines, spoke at the First Ladies: Behind the Scenes with Six Powerful Women webinar, and gave the keynote address for History of Libby Prison During the Civil War and the Largest Escape from a Civil War Prison.

Employees in nearly all six colleges, Admission, Instructional Design, the library, Student Affairs and Student Financial Services, as well as the 2022 Faculty Writing Fellows, were recognized.
