Lynn University is one of the top colleges to work for in the nation, according to a new survey by the Great College to Work For® program.

“Our university is made up of a remarkable and resilient group of people who remain committed to our students,” said Lynn President Kevin M. Ross. “This year brought great challenges that required us to make tough decisions and to think creatively about our future, and these honors encourage us to continue to push forward. We are grateful for our faculty and staff’s continued hard work and trust in Lynn.”

Lynn is one of 79 honorees out of 221 colleges and universities surveyed. The results are based on two components: an employment data and workplace policies assessment and a survey of faculty, administrators and professional support staff. Employee feedback is the primary factor in determining whether an institution receives recognition.

Lynn was recognized in 10 categories, which earned it a spot on the Honor Roll.
