Dr. Torica Exume, who obtained her doctorate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, has a diverse background in working with individuals of different age groups, ranging from one to 60 years old, with various mental health disorders and brain injuries. Her internships and residencies provided her with valuable experience in the field.

Exume actively engages with the community through various programs. These include parent training, school staff training, social skills groups, mentoring, and sharing behavior analytic research findings through forthcoming journal articles. As an advocate for parents seeking guidance and support for their special needs children, Exume is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of these families.

Exume's expertise lies in several areas, including communication, social interactions, analysis, and treatment of repetitive behavior disorders and safety skills. With her extensive educational background and practical training, she remains committed to improving the lives of autistic children and making a positive impact on their overall well-being.

Exume believes that students learn best when actively participating in the learning process. She aims to make the subject matter relevant and engaging through interactive activities, group discussions, problem-solving exercises and real-world applications.

Exume believes that education extends beyond the classroom. She strives to instill in students a passion for lifelong learning. Her hope is that they continue to seek knowledge and embrace new challenges long after their formal education has ended.
