Teaching philosophy

Over the years, Omar Babun has realized that mathematics can be an intimidating subject for many students. That is why his philosophy of teaching is to meet the students where they are. In other words, he tries to accommodate to the student's level and personal circumstances, such as learning style and background knowledge. In his classes, students always use diagrams, tables, graphs and real life examples to convey abstract mathematical concepts.
