PSY 600Thesis and Advanced Statistics
This course will provide the students with knowledge on scientific writing, instrument selection, use and evaluation, and all aspects of data collection, analysis and reporting. Students will learn multivariate statistics, including ANOVA, Cluster Analysis, Discriminant Function Analysis, and Multiple Regression. Students will work closely with the instructor and/or a faculty member to apply an appropriate statistical procedure to address empirical hypotheses outlined in thier formal thesis proposal during Advanced Research in Psychology. In this course students will actively work toward final completion of their empirical master's thesis in Thesis in Psychology.
