MBA 664Cross Cultural Communications and Negotiation

This course aims to improve communications and negotiations across cultures. It addresses each of those areas that require awareness in intercultural communications, such as communication styles (verbal and non-verbal), negotiation strategies, working in global teams, and conflict resolution. Packed with useful knowledge and insight, this course provides students with the tools and training they need to improve their cross-cultural competencies, permitting them to gain more experience in intercultural encounters through active learning.
