An examination of different stages of an entrepreneurial venture with an in-depth look at business requirements, operational needs, and funding options at each step of the venture lifecycle to assess and evaluate the strategic plan at each stage. An evaluation of the impacts of changing customers, market share, and evolution of the business model will provide additional context into the challenge at each step. a combination of research, market testing, and analysis combined into developing a robust forecast and business plan.
