ISM 310Defense in Depth

This course uses a project-based approach to introduce students to the Defense in Depth strategy as documented by the Council on Cyber Security. The Defense in Depth Strategy priortizes the steps necessary to identify and mitigate security threats and are rapidly becoming the industry standard in cyber security. This course will teach students to implement and audit organizations. Topics covered include integrated vulnerability management solutions, risk assessment, real-time network monitoring, security postures, and threat detection.
