BUS 326Sports Coaching and Leadership

This course focuses on teaching skills needed to build and manage a team, as well as assess and recruit talent. Evaluation and development of on-field and administrative teams, including theoretical models related to management and recruitment of player and team personnel are included. Leadership, decision making, team building, fund raising, legal and compliance aspects, and related functional competencies will be covered with a focus on youth sports and cross-cultural exchanges through sports.
