Professional profile

Dian President is responsible for Lynn University’s switchboard. She assists an array of callers—parents, students, alumni, donors, community members and others—with efficiency and courtesy.

President has managed the Lynn switchboard for 26 years, which has helped her develop strong communication and customer service skills, and extensive knowledge of the university.

Prior to joining Lynn, President worked as a supervisor for Central Corporation, a private Fort Lauderdale-based telephone company, serving as the liaison to payphone vendors. President has also worked as an insurance saleswoman, collection agent and phone operator. President is also a certified massage therapist.
