Professional profile

Adler Marchand is a Coordinator in the Center for Student Involvement and oversees Diversity Programs. Adler was born in St. Maarten and was raised in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Adler began his interest in Student Affairs through his involvement as a student leader at FAU. After the completion of undergrad, he did a year of service with AmeriCorps City Year and College Summit. Through that he worked with predominately low socioeconomic, first-generation and at risk students in inner city schools. Through his involvement with City Year he was really able to work and support Haitian and first-generation students that identified with him. Adler then continued his education at USF also as a graduate assistant in the Office of Multicultural Affairs. Adler took on his first entry level position at Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi as a full-time coordinator in 2015.
