Non-discrimination and anti-harassment (Employee)
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws prohibiting unlawful discrimination and harassment and to foster Lynn University’s commitment to providing a working environment free from unlawful discrimination and harassment.
Lynn University is committed to a work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Each individual has the right to work in a professional atmosphere that promotes equal employment opportunities and prohibits discriminatory practices, including harassment. Therefore, Lynn University expects that all relationships among persons in the workplace will be business-like and free of bias, prejudice, and harassment.
Definitions of what the University considers to be harassing and discriminatory behavior are outlined in detailed in the University’s Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment and Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct policies.
