Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to provide an incentive award to a current employee in a full-time position who brings new talent to the University by referring applicants who are subsequently selected and successfully employed in such positions.
Policy
The University is always looking for qualified employees and appreciates recommendations made by existing employees. If an employee recommends someone who is hired on a full-time basis and who is still employed by the University after ninety (90) days, the recommending employee is eligible to be paid a referral bonus.

Procedures/Guidelines
For the referring employee to receive an incentive award, referrals must list the employee's name on their employment application.
