Lynn University identification

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to provide a general form of identification to University students for the purpose of accessing programs, certain facilities, and services administered by the University and its agents.

Policy

The Lynn University Identification Card is the official University identification card for students. Each student is issued an official Lynn University Identification Card. It is essential that each student carry their Lynn University Identification Card at all times while on campus.

The Lynn University Identification Card is designed to provide the following services:

  • Meal plans, access to the Dining Commons;
  • Self-Inquiry/Identification;
  • Library card;
  • Housing access and access to many buildings; and
  • Access to campus after hours.

The student is responsible for any activity, service, privilege or sales transaction occurring on their Lynn University Identification Card. The Lynn University Identification Card must be presented upon request of a University Official.

Procedures/Guidelines

Lost or Stolen Lynn University Identification Cards must be reported immediately to the Campus Card Office +1 561-237-7654 during business hour (9 a.m.-5 p.m.). A fee may be assessed to obtain a replacement card.
