Lynn University adopts and promulgates policies, procedures, bylaws and statements that are consistent with the values of our collective campus community. Policies, procedures, bylaws and statements are designed to guide each member of the campus community in a variety of capacities. The policies, procedures, bylaws and statements published on this page and corresponding pages apply to all members of the Lynn University community and are intended to describe some of the expectations of members of the Lynn University community, as well as outline the University’s community policies and programs.
Information contained on this page and related sites is intended to be used as a guideline and does not create an expressed or implied contract. While Lynn University has made the community policies as comprehensive as possible, it is not possible to foresee every situation that may occur. Circumstances not specifically addressed in University policies will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the appropriate vice president.
As Lynn University continues to grow, the need may arise to improve, modify, revise, supplement, or rescind, suspend, terminate, or change policies, procedures, programs, or portions of this volume. Additionally, county, state and federal laws, executive orders, or guidelines affecting University operations may require changes to University policies and procedures. Therefore, Lynn University reserves the right to make any changes at its sole and absolute discretion as deemed necessary. The campus community may receive updated information concerning these changes from time to time.
