Transfer student admission

You’re a transfer student if you’ve:

• Graduated from high school, currently enrolled in a university and completed 12 or more transferrable credits
• Graduated from high school, previously enrolled in a university and completed 12 or more transferrable credits

High school students with dual enrollment credits are still considered first-year students and would use the first-year application.

• Completed application
• Personal statement
• Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and/or universities
• Supportive document(s):
  • Transfer report from each college/university attended

• Completed application

• Official university documents or transcripts bearing the institution’s seal or stamp, issued in English or with a certified English translation.
  • If these are from outside the U.S. university system, your documents/transcripts must be evaluated by an international evaluations company. We recommend identifying one at NACES.org.
  • Send the verified documents directly to Lynn University's Admission office.
• Proof of English proficiency
  
  • Duolingo score of 105+
• Supportive document(s):
  • Transfer report from each college/university attended

Students applying for readmission to Lynn should contact the registrar’s office.

Applicants to the Institute for Achievement and Learning should submit a current (within the last three years) psychoeducational evaluation.

Interviews are not required for admission, with the exception of Lynn University Conservatory of Music auditions and others on an as-needed basis.
