Renee Lanteigne, Lynn University’s associate director of Employee Services, was acknowledged by South Florida Business & Wealth magazine as an honoree for the 2021 Excellence in Human Resources Awards in the education category.
Lanteigne joined Lynn as a student nearly 15 years ago and has worked in Employee Services for over 10 years. Lanteigne's experience spans all areas of HR. She recently played a pivotal role in the university's implementation of Workday, an enterprise cloud finance, HR and planning system. During the project, she helped consolidate multiple legacy systems, coordinated implementation for payroll and benefits, and ensured continuity of service.
The awards honor outstanding HR professionals in South Florida who “build and nurture the talent in their organizations across a variety of industries.” Candidates are judged on their professional and community achievements as well as demonstrated success in a leadership role.
The publication will honor Lanteigne and peer recipients March 17 during a virtual ceremony.
