The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) recognized Lynn University’s Christine E. Lynn University Center at the South Florida chapter’s GalaVerde LEEDership and Green Awards. The LEED Silver-certified building won Innovative Project of the Year for new commercial construction.
The annual USGBC regional event recognizes excellence in high-performance building design, environmental stewardship and community impact and highlights South Florida projects for green initiatives and achievements.
Gensler architects, in partnership with The Spinnaker Group, designed the Lynn University Center.
