Lynn Debate earns finalist trophies and speaker awards

Eric and Kathryn Hamm coached five Lynn Debate teams and brought home finalist trophies and speaker awards from an internationally attended tournament at Southeastern University.

On Jan. 19, the teams competed in British Parliamentary style debate against Florida State University, University of Miami and Southeastern University. On Jan. 20, the teams participated in the National Parliamentary Debate Association's debate against Florida State University, Rollins College, Ave Maria University, Southeastern University, Polk State College, and Jindal Global University and its two teams from India.

Lynn Debate made it to the final round and earned speaker awards on both days.
