In July 2017, Athletics Director Devin Crosby reflects with President Ross on the future of the Fighting Knights athletics program and the coming South Florida Showdown

Lynn University Athletics Director Devin Crosby is determined to help student athletes have the best possible collegiate experience. From helping students understand what being a Fighting Knight means through specialty leadership training, to finding new opportunities to show of their athletics prowess, Crosby is student-centric and always innovating.

In 2017, Crosby announced the NCAA's first-ever widely publicized Division I vs. Division II head-to-head: the South Florida Showdown. The nine-game series gave Fighting Knights teams and the Lynn community a one-of-a-kind experience, bringing big Division I team names to face-off right here in Boca Raton.

iPulse, Lynn's student-run news source, explores Crosby's motivations in "The New Culture in the Lynn Athletics Department."
