Roberta Rust's student earns three first prizes in London-based competition

Pianist Jiawei "Jerry" Yuan earned accolades during the London-based Great Composer's Competition, a series of international music competitions.

On April 1 he received first prize for the Best Rachmaninoff performance, on March 21 for the Best Bach performance, and on March 8 for the Best Music of America performance. Jiawei is enrolled in the Master of Music degree program in Lynn University's Conservatory of Music and is a member of the studio of Roberta Rust.
