Altieri and Gallo present at NASPA conference

Anthony Altieri

Anthony Altieri, vice president for student affairs, and Theresa Gallo, associate dean of students, co- presented on The Mid-Manager’s Playbook, at the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In their presentation, Altieri and Gallo discussed strategies for managing up, down and around the university, as well as thinking ahead, strong supervision, talent acquisition and professional development through the lens of a mid-manager.

Gallo also served as a panelist on the session, “Making Sense of 10,000 Check-ins,” discussing how she uses the swipe technology software, Presence, to make data driven decisions and shares the data in the overall retention efforts of the university.
