WSE 350Transformative Team

Transformative Team focuses on building and strengthening teams for social enterprises. The first part of the course focuses on building teams including: roles and responsibilities, job descriptions, compensation, sourcing, hiring and interviewing, and HR. The WSE 150 and 214 are necessary prerequisites, and the course assumes that each student is working on a social entrepreneurial endeavor.
