Students create a bed application for their final project and pitch it in front of an audience. The course focuses on agile project management, an interactive and incremental method of managing the design and build activities for software development projects in a highly flexible and interactive manner. Students study lean software development (LSD), applying lean manufacturing and lean information technology principles and practices to software development.
