ESE 252Early Childhood Special Education Intervention

This course will provide students with a working knowledge of the history and legal precedence for providing early intervention (EI) and early childhood special education (ECSE) services, characteristics of young children with special needs and their families, and effective instructional techniques for working with this population. Students participate in three (3) hours of field experience throughout the eight weeks, in diverse settings such as Palm Beach School for Autism (PBSFA).
